Suppose Biden put someone in prison. Do you think it should require a Supreme Court order to get that person released - if the government has provided no evidence of wrong doing?

It is normal for a district court to rule on habeus corpus cases.

Immigration judges are DOJ employees, not part of the Judicial Branch. Immigration judges act under the authority of Attorney General Bondi.
