Sounds like someone bought a horse at auction with no trailer, didn’t “look the horse in the mouth”, bought a poor animal on its last legs, tried to ride it to a barn somewhere, and the poor beast expired on the way.
It was purchased ten days before in Tennessee. It is legal to ride in Atlanta, but not too smart, IMHO. Hope not too much suffering ...
