I would also posit that there is a lot of pressure for men to not take care of themselves. My wife is currently pouting because I won’t take her for a Mexican food breakfast, RIGHT NOW, when she is ready. I’m going to get cardio like I do most mornings.

She tells me that I don’t make time for her. No, all I do is make time for her, it seems. My schedule is not my own.

I’ll probably go just to avoid pouting and sulking all day.

Excellent comment—and many kudos to you for using diet and exercise to take control of your life. That kind of discipline is truly inspirational.

I’ve been on keto for many years and recently switched to carnivore, which is working really well so far.

I also follow an intense workout program and, at 76, I’m honestly amazed that I’m still able to add muscle and improve my cardio performance.

My Garmin fitness age is currently 62, but my goal is to push it into the 50s—which I think I’ll hit in the next few months.

yes it has. There has been a drastic change the media refuses to cover it though. First line treatment should always be ivermectin and fenbendazole. These drugs have almost zero risk and many cases of miraculous efficacy. No reason not to start this as soon as disease is diagnosed

In general I agree with your post. My current opinion is that the medical system is like the justice system once you become entangled in it; it’s hard to get out, “they” always find something else that needs “fixing”. Most of which you would probably be fine without them doing anything.

I haven’t seen an actual real study (that I believe) regarding the use of x-rays for constant and repeated diagnostic work.

Also, I think it’s important everybody understands that the proactive people get the best medical care.

In America you get all the best medical services one can afford, just like the justice system.

I was trained in nuclear physics as a Nuclear Medicine technologist. Granted, that was 40 some odd years ago, but not much has changed since then.

It is an accepted fact with Radiation that there is no threshold dose for cancer

This month the government in England will launch a consultation for its men's health strategy.

Mind your own business and use your power to reestablish free speech in the UK.

I don’t think that anyone really has any idea why men don’t live as long as women. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acst2EmtZhI

I think it is because the variability in human biology. One person can be quite resistant to radiation, while another person is not.

In radiation exposure, they do have what is called the LD-50/30 dose where when this threshold is reached, 50% of those people will die within 30 days.

the majority of young women nowadays are nasty, nagging, and useless.

I hope you don't have any daughters. If you do, I hope you don't tell them that.
