DOGE is a blessing for the American taxpayer for one reason - there are NO SACRED COWS. Everyone and everything funded by our tax dollars is, and should be, on the table. Stripped bare and exposing the waste, fraud and abuse is the primary goal. I have seen nothing in the cuts, so far, that stands the test of exposing this grift to daylight. The time is well past the point of the US Govt being able to justify it’s banner of being the largest employer in any city, county, state, or nationally. Burn it all down and send a brutal message that the gravy train has derailed. The only survivors should be people who actually WORK and contribute to the good of themselves, their families, and (ultimately) their communities. We really need to reclaim the high ground for the average citizen by embracing the mantra, “If you don’t work, you don’t eat.”
Amen.
I started cutting lawns at 13. I’ve held a full-time job, sometimes 2, since I turned 16. I’ve never taken a penny of goobermint assistance.
I’m approaching retirement. And Ill be damned if I want a penny of my tax follars to be wasted or stolen. By anyone - from welfare queens to corrupt politicians.
