I could be wrong, and I disagree strongly with the election practices of some states, but I do believe how presidential elections are run is under state authority provided those practices are in line with the Constitution. So as good and as warranted as his order is I think the state’s have a winnable argument.

It is important to avoid putting place orders which could easily be turned to the Left’s advantage should they gain back the Presidency.

The Constitution specifically authorizes Congress to regulate the time, places, and manner of elections for Senators and Representatives.

There is zero Federal authority over how State Legislatures appoint their Electors for President.
