This “resolution” has no teeth. It is meaningless.
Plus we have negotiated deals in place with Canada on Aluminum, Steel, Auto Parts, LUMBER, copper, pharmaceuticals , bullion, energy and other minerals not available in the USA all covered under Section 232.
