It’s that self-confidence and self-esteem thing.

And they still pull that little doozy. It makes me think of a quote from that Batman movie “The Dark Knight Rises”: they know, they just don’t care.

IMO, they have no clue the Teslas have cameras. Yes; they’re THAT stupid. On some of the videos, the perps are very careful to look around the whole area to see if someone might catch them in the act, so it’s clear that they are a bit wary. Then they do the deed. It seems they wouldn’t do it, or would disguise themselves, if they were aware of the cameras.
