If 95 to 97% of the money went to support American students then I could see it. but not for catering to foreigners...

They can close their new $400M shortfall by reducing 7.5% of their expenses, and never even touch the endowment. Is 7.5% cost cutting really such an extreme ask?

It's an extreme ask when you have to install and maintain 57 different bathroom facilities in each building to cover all the genders. /s
