Oh yes.....I’ve heard of that. They like to get a recording of you saying “yes”, so they ask something obvious. I don’t know how it works though, because if they don’t have your credit card number, they can’t charge you for anything. It was years ago I had heard of that. I suspect hanging up was the end of it.

Welp, when she asked if the spelling of my last name was correct, I said yes. (it was kinda reflexive, just couldn't stop myself lol)

And I know that my AT&T account and my annuity account were hacked in the past year or so. ( Not thru my fault, but THEIRS!) Who knows what all has been hacked. I am not really that worried about it. It seems inevitable these days.
