Hi Norsky. Met my two cousins for lunch yesterday at a Thai- Japanese restaurant called Phoenix in lake Norman/Mooresville.

I had a stirfry with green and orange peppers, onions, pineapple, cashews and an orange sauce. Selected tofu as my protein

Thai and Japanese is a good healthy mix, I like Bimbimbap, a Korean dish. Lots of Koreans and Asians in Seattle and vicinity.
