I’ll take a win at the SC any day, but this one bothers me.
The habeus corpus wording in the ruling will be latched onto by the ACLU and they will again try to gum up the works.
The SC already ruled in the 1940s that this 1798 law is non-justiciable, meaning not subject to review by any court.
So much for “stare decisis”.
That should have been the end of it—Boasberg, you are wrong, POTUS is right.
Instead we get this weasel wording about habeus corpus.
POTUS should announce that habeus corpus is suspended for these criminal aliens, and let the left howl, as we have been invaded and a National Emergency has already been declared.
And to have Barrett once again side with the three witches of the Potomac, on such a slam dunk issue of national security, shows she is not fit for the job of Associate Justice.
Congress still needs to impeach Boasberg, declare all national injunctions voided, and defund and remove the DC Circuit Court.
