SCOTUS also advised that Pres. Trump could use other laws to adios the Venezuelans.

The problem with SCOTUS ruling is, the law, once invoked, is not judicial reviewable...and nobody seems to have brought this up.

the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (50 U.S.C. § 21) is subject to limited judicial review. Courts can review whether individuals are properly classified as "alien enemies".
