The sanctions were already imposed 3 years ago and Russia's doing very well thank you, thanks to the mighty Chinese economy.
Another thing, I'd much rather hear directly from President Trump than from the Finnish propagandist, seeking to swindle even more US tax payer dollars for Ukraine.
