Our 15 year old Great Dane is near the end. We’re having a hard time justifying putting him down and difficult to know what is best for him.
OTOH, it sounds like these professionals have found a cure for suicide. Kill them first.
I have an Aunt that is suffering from Dementia, she’s currently 96 years old, I’m the executor of her estate and medical guardian, on top of everything else, she’s bedridden, I would never think of pulling the plug or euthanizing her just because it’s gotten to expensive.
Regardless of their age or sickness, for one human to make a decision to euthanize another human is a road that we should not go down because only bad things will result from it.
Like most things liberals support they promise limited and last resort situations for euthanizing a person, in short order it turns into mass euthanizing of people who become perceived burdens to society.
