I saw a dozen hearings where the kids demanded what the Parents had.

What is the legal basis for demanding their parents' money? Are the kids trying to claim the parents are incompetent?

I know a couple of women whose children wanted them to sign over the house to them. I know one who's friend actually did sign over her house - but allowing her to live there. Unbeknownst to her the daughter and s-i-l took out a big mortgage to build their dream house. Bad ending. A bad real estate recession hit and they lost her house and their half-built dream house.

One example a couple had a Son who was off and on employed and parents had had 20 acres and a house paid for and he took them to court and demanded they sign over everything ro him and move into a retirement condo...He hired a bottom feeder lawyer who sued them...They won but it cost them plenty.

In my case they claimed they were promised by my deceased Father..nothing in writing, just their word... What it was they thought sueing me would scare me into submitting but they underestimated me and my intelligence on waging a war.
