Clever thinking there! But there is one hitch. The Presidential Succession Acts of 1886 and 1947 both stipulate that anyone in the line of succession must be constitutionally eligible for the presidency.

Given the state of district court lawfare going on right now, I'd say that's a guarantee to happen.
