That kid should sue the school and that imbecile teacher..yeah sure teachers should have guns because they are so reliable and responsible.

The administration made it impossible for teachers to deal with it. No matter what the teacher does, it’s going to be the wrong action and a fireable offense.

I disagree. It shouldn't be the job of teachers to break up fights.

Teachers should be educators. Not babysitters or referees.

The parents of the student should be sued.

Why anyone would send their children to any public school should be a mystery but, alas, it is just that too many people see children as bothersome and they are given to the state to care for 6 hours a day or so. I don’t say people should take their kids out of public school any more because all the people who actually care about their childrens’ development are already home schooling or sending kids to carefully vetted private or parochial schools.
