I waited 10 minutes for an order at Taco Bell that I placed on the inside kiosk. When two other customers saw me ask where my order was, they joined in and asked where their orders were. The counter person said: "Oh, the kiosk isn't working. I can take your order." I asked why, if she knew the kiosk wasn't working, didn't she put a sign on the kiosk saying it was out of order? Her response: "That's not my job." Also, I could see two teenagers in the back talking on their cell phones at the time.
Owners who leave teenagers in charge of their store should go broke.
Owners who leave IRRESPONSIBLE teenagers in charge of their store should go broke.
There are some very responsible teens out there. But the owner should be popping in occasionally to make sure. How dumb do you have to be to allow this kind of service to occur in your multi-million dollar franchise?
