If I were in Cali, laundry would be the least of my worries. Cali will want to limit flushes. I’d be inclined to go cack to an outhouse, but I’m sure that will be illegal too.
Of couse. In a pinch, one will still be able to go downtown and take a dump on the sidewalk.
