If it was a mine in Russian held territory, it was likely laid ages ago.
If it was in an area fully controlled by Russia, well... It happens. Russians dropped mines like confetti in the occupied areas earlier in this war. Ten times more likely to be a Russian mine than a Ukrainian one.
