Where I work, we seniors actually test new hires in team meetings by getting one of us to dialing in from an unmanaged device - in Teams it automatically flags that joiner as unverified.
If they don’t challenge it, we bring it up in the meeting and they keep failing to challenge it, they get sent on a cyber security awareness course.
