Education doesn't teach proper punctuation anymore, or what?? Is that why this piece was written without using a single capitalization? Even on the very first word?

The writer has very good ideas and intentionally writes in the style of e. e. cummings who never used capital letters. I posted this for the content, not the writer’s style on the first letter of sentences. I knew I would get the wrath of the punctuation KARENS (all caps). I was right.
