I had Calculus in high school, and advanced-placed one term of Calculus at MIT!
Not all Harvard students are math nerds!
I majored in electrical engineering at the University of Florida. I had Calculus I, II III and Differential Equations as well as engineering classes on Quantum Mechanics. I also did math tutoring for the Veterans Administration for students using VA education benefits. There is nothing that makes you understand mathematics better than having to teach it.
