USAID only allowed greater corruption, the real problem currently with Africa has little to do with money.

Keep in mind anything below 75 is considered as mild mental impairment and it only gets worse going down.

In 2024, sub-Saharan Africa received $12.7 billion tax
dollars directly from US foreign assistance, with billions
more allocated to global programs where Africa was the
primary beneficiary, according to The New York Times.

Direct Aid:
Sub-Saharan Africa received $12.7 billion tax dollars
directly from the U.S. foreign assistance budget in 2024.

Global Programs:
Billions more tax dollars were allocated to global programs, such as
health and climate initiatives, where Africa was a significant beneficiary.

USAID’s Role:
USAID has been instrumental in strengthening healthcare,
education, and economic development in sub-Saharan Africa.

Humanitarian Assistance:
In 2024, USAID provided $6.5 billion tax dollars in humanitarian
assistance to the region, which is less than 0.1% of the federal budget.

Focus Areas:
USAID’s focus in sub-Saharan Africa includes emergency
response, basic health, and reproductive health.

Countries Benefiting:
Somalia, the Central African Republic, Liberia, Malawi, and
Mozambique are among the countries in sub-Saharan Africa
that have benefited most from USAID development assistance
tax dollars.

Other large recipients of economic development tax dollar
support from USAID were Somalia, the Democratic Republic of
the Congo (DR Congo), Nigeria, Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda,
Mozambique, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia and Malawi.

According to Semafor, the Democratic Republic of the Congo
received the largest amount of aid, at $1.3 billion tax
dollars, followed by Ethiopia and Sudan.
