understood.
the one airline that super-screwed its passengers is Spirit.
(Zero notice of cancelling service even tho they knew months ahead they were dropping it. Left fully=booked and paid customers in the lurch with their luggage at the departure gate with no Spirit personnel. BNever offered or sent a refund when requested. Cost over $2000 to replace the ticket on another airline. I would sooner take a bus than trust Spirit again, and I am sure that is a sentiment shared by the other jilted passengers.) United has been pretty good in the past for us, as has Delta. Best airline we flew was Air Canada.
United has been very good to us. The bashing is unnecessary at this time in my opinion. I mean major media outlets giving Ilya one very questionable side
I don’t fly with anyone other than majors rn. Delta I was advised to use last year by a liberal cousin - fly delta they’re diverse
No
How about no
I had a good friend who flew w delta-pilot. During that time I would fly delta. Not now
The champion of passengers’ screwage, so to speak, is not Spirit, it is Scandinavian Airlines. Two years ago, they were so busy striking against each other that they simply told Americans vacationing in Europe “You are on your own” a day before a flight back to US. Cost $2,000 per person to rebook the tickets with United. I wish them all: pilots, crews, maintenance people and, specifically, their management to rot in hell. Never, ever fly Scandinavian.
