Minor correction “4/5 star” needs to read “3/4 star.” There have not been any 5 star generals or admirals living since General of the Army Omar Bradley died in 1981. He was 88 years old. On 22 September 1950, he was promoted to the rank of General of the Army, the fifth—and last—person to achieve that rank. He retired from active service in 1953.

Correct... and "only" 38 of those 4-Stars exist today.

Army: 11 four-star generals
Marine Corps: 3 four-star generals
Navy: 8 four-star admirals
Air Force: 12 four-star generals
Space Force: 3 four-star generals
Coast Guard: 1 four-star admiral

Three are female:
General Jacqueline Van Ovost (leads the Air Force's Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois)
Admiral Linda Fagan: Commandant of the Coast Guard
General Laura Richardson: An Army four-star general

The number of 4-Stars is limited by statute for each service, as well.
