Oswald is still in that 6th story window of the TSBD as Kennedy passes by underneath and all 3 shots have been evidenced to have come from that window with an almost absolute certainty AND beyond almost ANY doubt. He was seen in that window at that time.
Nothing else really matters.
Once the Warren Commission gets caught in a really important lie a reasonable person might want to question every single word in their report.
