No evidence of that, either. I’m sure some Covid cases were misdiagnosed at first. I lost a close family member to it. There were no vaccines available at the time, and I’m not sure that would have saved her anyway, she had some other health issues. But it’s bad that she died suffocating under a respirator. My extended family members and friends are all conservative/Republicans, and I’ve seen a number of different approaches to Covid. I don’t support any kind of mandates, and i respect people’s right to choose whatever kind of treatment they want, or none at all. Had the family member I lost been in better general health, though, and someone had convinced her to either take wrong treatment or a wrong preventative measure, I would have had a real problem with that. But, yes, treating Covid as pneumonia won’t work, and neither will vice-versa. And parasitic treatments won’t work for either one, but may make a patient better if they also have worms, scabies or lice, along with the other illness...
Oh, my. How can you be on Free Republic and still have missed the clear evidence that deadly hospital protocols and incentives are what killed the elderly early on to justify all the crap to follow?
I am very sorry about your loss. But it was almost assuredly the “treatment” that did your family member in. They can’t even diagnose such a thing as “Covid”, since the PCR test is bogus, and they extended it to include pretty much any symptom, as well as no symptoms at all, as part of the diagnosed disease.
