Fact checkers say False. USDA website says TRUE!
Very first sentence: “Do you have a community farm or garden that you’d like to designate a People’s Garden?”
My answer: “No, Comrade! HELL NO.”
Check out their map. The only gardens I can find are at schools or other public/community places.
