I am inclined to agree. Why don't the others engage in some self-help and restrain or evict the miscreant? A few days out in the cold without a coat would change his attitude. In fact, I am sure that he would remain quite still and never bother the others again. They are a bunch of sissies if they can't resolve this on their own. The lone offender should be the one living in fear, not the other way around.
