Thanks. This is the first major blow I have felt since Trump won in November. I even called Senator Bill Cassidy’s office, but regretfully admit — kinda got my eye off the ball after RFK was confirmed.

Not a major blow. He can come in as the deputy, without Senate approval, and help steer whoever the director is. We have not seen the last of Dave Weldon. He may even become a DOGE employee to help uncover all the corruption.
