I’m sure by 2030, nobody will have a choice as all new ones will have this. They’ll say it’s a cost saving thing.

I don't have statistical software like SAS, nor do I remember much from my one statistics course. LOL (Though I did have a bit of fun in my old computational modeling course).

I either run various SQL queries against the data, looking for things more manually. Or write a C# app to query the records into a data set and loop through the records programmatically with checks for different rules based on the different business logic of residential power rate plans.

I asked Grok how to approach it. It,said Python is best with five or six libraries. Maybe someday, but way too much to do now.

Do you have MS Access? It's been forever since I used it. IMHO it's good for importing a folder of csv files into a small db and running simple select queries. This without being a programmer, more like a manager who's a computer super user.

Most people will not even use AI if they had it.

Used Access a lot a long time ago, but no more. Doesn’t run on my Mac.

I was a wee bit more savage.

When FB meta starts randomly trying to chat at me, sometimes I oblige and verbally abuse it without limits.

😆

In layman's terms, not much unless you do a lot of high powered processing. And even then, we're talking about only certain tasks that are programmed to utilize that kind of instruction set.

Yes, that is what the misleading article does not tell you. While it states:

Couvert tells Freethink. “The Copilot+ PC is very useful to me for interacting with AI models without being connected to an external server, which is a huge plus for privacy and cost efficiency. It also allows me to run my own AI agents basically for free, without having to rely on third-party APIs from OpenAI or other providers.”

yet, you are only going to get answers based upon the programming and info the resident AI has (though in many cases that is superior than what search engine results now provide). A plus would be when the AI can search some of the pages you select on own computer, and select URLs.

Since Google is biased based upon my basic test, and all search engine results (as here) are usually no better, then AI as https://www.perplexity.ai/ can be much better, plus you can logically dialog with it and see it come to sound conclusions.

Thank God for what helps.
