Tiger is a good old American Mutt like most of us.
His father, Earl Woods, was of African-American descent, with additional European, Native American, and Chinese ancestry.
Tiger’s mother (Kultida “Tida” Woods) was originally from Thailand with a mixed heritage that included Thai, Chinese, and Dutch ancestry.
Hardly “ebony.”
I think he or someone coined a term like “caublinasian” to describe his mixed racial background, which he adopted/embraced, which I rather liked.
He wasn’t out playing the race card as I remember it. Correct me if I’m wrong.
