Just use extra virgin olive oil. I read that imported olive oils may contain some doubtful oil, so I buy California Olive Ranch oil.

Say what you will about California, but in this regard, they are quite strict about whether olive oil produced in California is exactly what it is claimed to be. The California Olive Oil Council and the Olive Oil Commission of California make sure of this. Don't be fooled by fancy labels on imported olive oil, there is no guarantee that what's inside is the real deal.
