Another poster stated that since AOC’s advice was given nationwide, prosecutors could pick any jurisdiction within the United States. A place like Laramie, Wyoming or Tulsa, Oklahoma would be better than Washington, DC or New York City. If she issued the advice in one of the two latter places, you are saying she would have to tried there.

The way you pick your venue is you arrest some illegals that have evidence they watched AOC’s webinar.

Maybe it is on their computer or phone—or they have made literature that matches her suggested language etc.

Then you can have several different venues to choose from....

If you can dozens of different cases you can indict her for dozens of separate obstruction of justice felonies.

Alternatively if you want to be really mean indict her on the very narrow charge of obstructing one particular case in state A.

Then a month later indict her for obstructing another particular case in state B.

Rinse and repeat month after month after month, state after state after state.

Let her defend ten different charges in ten different venues.

Lol.
