Donald Trump proved himself more than worthy of my vote tonight. For a man who was hunted, framed, falsely accused, spied on, impeached twice, indicted four times, convicted of a “felony,” almost assassinated twice, he stared down the Democrats and gave maybe the best speech of his entire political career.
The Democrats did significant damage to their brand, although by now, I’m not sure there is anything left of their brand. What do they even stand for anymore? Certainly not for the kid with multiple surgeries on his brain given an honorary appointment to the Secret Service. They sat there, stone-faced and entitled, and looked like petulant little brats in a rage because they couldn’t have ice cream before dinner.
They humiliated themselves and made Trump look like a hero. Now, some might say the Democrats set Trump up in the meeting with Zelensky and that Trump paid them back by setting them up here. He knew they wouldn’t stand and clap for anything, so why not make them an offer they couldn’t refuse? But still, they fell for it, hook, line, and sinker.
Whether they thought it was a stunt or not is irrelevant. It’s how they reacted that people will remember. While MAGA applauded DJ and chanted his name, people like Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, Adam Schiff, and Nancy Pelosi stared ahead, empty-eyed and stone-faced, representing whatever was left of the Democratic Party’s brand.
Every so often, we could hear their shouts, their chirping, and squawking, but Trump dominated the room, speaking with the confidence of someone finally over their decade-long campaign of hate against him. He shamed them by selling exactly the opposite to all of us. It should surprise no one that he defeated them in November.
The Democrats have been acting like they’re under an occupation for almost ten years. They behave like they are being held against their will, that they didn’t blow it and lose the election to Trump, but that he somehow magically appeared like a spirit who has taken control of the village.
Every time the camera pulled back and showed only one side of the chamber wildly and enthusiastically applauding, with the other side perfectly still, I couldn’t help but think of the South after the Civil War. Losing is hard. Giving up your way of life is even harder. They’re clinging to the past while the rest of us year to break free and move on to a brighter future.
They did themselves no favors tonight. As for Trump, his speech was a grand slam.

When the camera first panned on Pelosi I thought Nancy was holding a bottle of wine covered with a cloth in her left hand.
On subsequent pans I realized she was holding her cane.
They proved to the world that they hate little children who have had to endure massive trauma. Hopefully pres Trump has another sotu address right before midterms and has more trauma5ized people join him on stage so that the na5ion can see freshly how vile and disgusting and frankly demon driven the democrats truly are so that when they go to vote they remember and vote conservative in overwhelming numbers.
Today’s Democrats are secessionists — from the human race.
The Dems acting like juvenile spoiled brats really isn’t the best approach to attract new voters.

I read a lot and very fast. It’s a blessing and a curse. Lol.
In all sorts of places, FR, X, Facebook today through 100’s of posts about the little guy with brain cancer nobody once pointed out that the kid is black.
I found that interesting.
Why
Because the conservatives or Republicans if you will did not think about the color of the kids skin. I have yet to find a post about him being black.
But the Democrats? The people all about race? They could not even recognize the child. To me that means they only care about race when it benefits them from their sick point of view.
I pray God touches that child and he lives a long life.

Yeah but we are dealing with a real special brand of stupid in congressional dems- they have a very long history of cutting their noses off to spite their faces, and not realizing how asinine it makes them look.

I would like to hear him say “Democrats should think twice about attending tonight because I am going to reveal a whole lot of them and their corruption, and will announce an immediate investigation into the massive fraud that they have committed.”
Festivus came early this year, because that was the most epic “Airing of Grievances” ever.

Which is stupendously rich because they support a tyrant who refuses to step down from office, who has imposed martial law on his citizens, who demands that his people fight and die in a war that he knows can never be won. The “anti-war demms” and the “anti-hitler dems” sure do all of a,sudden love them some war and killing and love them a commie dictator in zelenski!
The democrat party know it’s road kill and nothing else to do except let the buzzards have their fill.
Trump’s speech was a grand slam, touchdown, and slam dunk for America!
What is sad is how predictable they are. Out of pure hatred they couldn’t even do something to make themselves look better in front of the entire nation. Like petulant children they couldn’t even clap or stand for things that EVERY American would want.
PDJT knew this, took advantage of it, smacked them across the face again and again. He gave them a metaphorical beating. He enjoyed it too.
And they voted unanimously to stop women’s rights in sports.

I don’t know about you, but I can remember in the 60s when liberals preached “tolerance” for other people’s opinions and keeping an open mind.
Martin Luther King Jr. preached of “judging people not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character”.
