California is currently a ‘stand your ground’ state, however, a Democrat Assemblyman just introduced a bill that would criminalize self-defense.

California Assemblyman and Democrat Caucus Chair Rich Chavez Zbur introduced AB 1333 which seeks to limit a homeowner’s right to defend their family and home from an intruder.

This Democrat lunatic wants to limit a homeowner’s right to defend themselves from a dangerous intruder.

More than anything else, this is an attack on the Second Amendment.

“If I’m old and crippled, and can’t escape????”

Don’t read into it. If you are disabled, and attacked, and you have:

“exhausted every reasonable means to escape such danger other than the use of force likely to cause death or great bodily injury.”

It is then that the law says you may retaliate in whatever force is required to protect yourself. But there has to be a little common sense here. If the guy is calling you names with no weapon in appearance, then you can’t take him with a 12 guage. So is there a really big rule change here? Not really.
