Any recommendations for best dry fire kit to buy for home use with a 9mm?
Mantis
Snap caps and itarget.
+1 for iTarget. I have 9mm, .380 and .38 boresights.
I use iTarget as well.

I have one of these which is pretty good for practicing draw and fire drills. The down side for me, unless you have a double action pistol you can’t double tap, and if you train firing only one round, if you ever respond under stress that is what you will revert too. For malfunction drills, snap caps are the way to go.
Thank you all.
Thank you all.
That takes practice to learn to recover a sight picture after recoil. 3/3/3. "Average/typical" gunfight takes place at a distance of 3 (yards)/3 (shots expended)/ 3 (seconds). You're firing at a man sized target center mass.
If you're concerned about neutralizing a threat in your home, get to the range and learn to control recoil/preserve sight picture. I like the Jack Weaver stance. Some prefer the Fairbairn isosceles stance. But, dry firing isn't going to do anything if you're preparing yourself to shoot someone who's shooting back.
buy a BB gun mimic and shoot in your garage
Pull out the firing pin. Just don’t forget to put it back.
I bought the laser I target kit advertised on Bongino. The problem is, on a single action only you have to rack the slide every time. If you own a DA SA great. If you only have a SA only, don’t bother. Then again. None of them work at the bottom of my local fishing lake.
Good to hear you are serious about trigger control and sight alignment. Snap caps. Do not forget to learn how to clear malfunctions. While at the range, put a dummy round in a mag and go through the drill. Have someone set up a double feed for you and clear it.
SIRT is the best for laser training, if you have a Glock, Sig or Smith. The mimics are excellent, fit your holster and take accessories. You can put a Holosun or Holosun clone on, using an adapter plate for the rear sight dovetail, and even a streamlight on the rail, and then run drills with the exact same rig as you carry, even swapping out mags with a lighter empty mag and a weighted mag to simulate a loaded mag.
For laser training it is tough to beat. If the price hurts, check Ebay or gunbroker for a used one. I have seen Glock SIRTs go for $50.
Though a mimic BB gun may be as good, though more expensive per shot.
And yes you still need to fire real rounds for experience controlling recoil and acclimating to everything else. But if you cannot get to the range, a laser trainer is priceless for building muscle memory with minimal noise, and cost.
