I think this is what we will eventually discover...
FED sends money to NPO’s and non-profits. These groups distribute money to other groups. Or park the money into banks a collect interest. Somewhere in all of this, a little bit here and there finds its way into bank account (or purse) of these officials. Remember Fani’s cash she carries around?
