When I was in junior high, I used to compete at horse shows against a guy whose dad owned a big furniture company in NC. After the Clinton years, it collapsed and he was not able to take it over, as his dad intended. Very sad. (He had a beautiful horse, too; when I say “competed against,” it was more like I would show up and he was always in the Top Three ribbons,)
If there’s anything left of the old furniture company, property, buildings, tools, skilled people, your old cowboy friend might very well be able to restart the operation. Trump will help, especially with the supply line-—materials, etc. First move might be for them to dig up an old catalog to help remember wot they made?
