I really didn’t think E.PU’s original question was snarky. It seemed genuine to me. We’re all very tired after 8 years of heavy research, analysis, the discovery of ugly truths that hurt our hearts and minds and, yes, disruptors with impure motives. Our patience is thin and we’ve become cynical about almost everything and everyone.
What strikes me about the following drop is (1) the reference to what POTUS has to endure every day and (2) the necessity that we all stand together. Giving someone the benefit of the doubt and responding to an inquiry soberly may be a great first step in the drop’s insistence that we must all stand together. Thereafter, if a new poster turns out to be a dumbass, we can surely endure that minor affront and ignore the poster going forward.
