Additionally, that was one of the most thorough political drubbings in history.

Early on President Trump said that the Democrats wouldn't clap for anything he was going to say tonight. They then proved him right. There might have been one tepid clap from Fauxahontas.

He forced them to sit there in silence while he touted accomplishment after accomplishment, recognized upstanding Americans, and laid out his vision for a better American future. His speech was hard on 80/20 issues and they resolutely sided with the 20% and against what their constituents want.
