I have a friend whose doctor has DOUBLED his statin intake in the last year. The sad thing about this article is that he has experienced several of these side effects after 25 years on statins. Muscle wasting and muscle weakness are at the top of the list. Significant memory issues (the brain is a muscle and it has wasted in him) are now a problem, and off-the-chart sleep issues are now present. On a good night, he might get 3 hours. He had two cataracts removed last year. As of last week, he’s now falling down more. I’ve suggested to him the statins could be the source of his problems but his doctor has scared him into thinking he’s going to have a heart attack if he cuts back on his statins. Personally? I’d rather die of a heart attack than go through what he’s experiencing. No clear brain function, no sleep, fragile body = no good life. He’s only 68 and has been steadily declining since 60. Big Pharma is a criminal organization in my mind.
Because of our dependency on off-shore pharma, I’ve said for many years that we need a “Manhattan Project” level program to establish USA-based pharmaceutical manufacturing.

These two threads capture the primary reason I think the leak re 'war plans' was intentional.
I don't think a well known 'deceitful and highly discredited 'journalist' with a history of peddling hoaxes would be the most likely person to 'accidentally add' to a high stakes conversation.
Also, the nation has SCIFS and other meeting rooms - communication is said to be 80% visual and I don't believe these people held a discussion on that type of content via text. The Defense Dept. has been looking for a leaker anyway. Just my 2 pesos.
I think that Prez Trump has the same idea. ✨ It will depend somewhat on the anti-lethargy motivations of Capitol Hill. 🤷♂️

I believe DOGE/Admin are stuck calling it 'waste' until they prosecute. Bondi did recently say that those identified as having engaged in fraud exposed by Dodge would be prosecuted. These culprits are often high-profile and would sue incessantly if accused of fraud before the prosecution took place, demanding penalties for 'harm to reputation'.
Accusing departments or programs of 'waste' in a general way puts them on the (social) radar until prosecution. With the wrong judge, these people may be cleared of charges of which they are obviously guilty. And then they go through another round of litigation, and another. It could take awhile - in the meantime, 'waste'.
I recall that none of those going through the vetting process for their cabinet positions would not say that Trump won the election in 2020 and I think a part of that is because there's been no legitimate prosecution, no court in the land has ruled it was not legitimate. If they said 'yes' the election was stolen, they would be attacked for making decisions based on bias and not waiting for facts (deciding guilt before they investigate).
Another issue for DOGE is that if they point to obvious fraud in the DEM party prior to prosecution, they will be accused of a 'witch hunt' or cherry picking or framing Dems without a supposedly objective arbiter (court).
Lastly, in an interview, Musk said based on what he had found, he's sure 'they' will try to kill him. I assume anyone stating 'fraud' or federal crimes etc. will be targeted.
Hegseth is just attacking the messenger not refuting the claim … classic misdirection
