Unnerving news. I believe POTUS does not discount a real possibility of a nuclear strike on our homeland.
Doubtful that major nuclear nations dare trust a mutual nuclear disarmament to the US elections process every 4 years, even if they might trust POTUS Trump who would faithfully sponsor the effort. He is in a 4 year term and his last.
The world suffered from the horrors of our election results for the Biden 4 year term. The same as we did and much worse, in his rush to war and revolutions.
They saw what happened in our “free and fair” elections, and see these years of no real consequences. How can they risk their defense to every four year election?😬
