I deal with several lumber sales people in Canada. Generally people in the lumber business are all pretty conservative salt of the Earth types. The three Canadians are all liberal to some degree.
One is very liberal.
One is moderately
One is more middle of the road.
However, none of them were fans of the trucker strike in Ottawa. I am sure they were all vaccinated for C-19.
I don’t envy you having to deal with them in that Canadian industry. My dad dealt with the northern Michigan timber industry decades ago and made lifelong friendships.
