Not that hard at all. There are people in the FBI who can listen to them speak Spanish and figure out the dialect and accent. Like for instance Cuban Spanish sounds different from Mexican Spanish. Or think of it this way, ever go to New York and listen to them speak English then go to the deep South? Kinda like that.

OK...that could be one way ICE concludes that a particular kid is Mexican..Guatemalan,etc. But it's easy to imagine....*very* easy,in fact...a foreign government saying to ICE “OK,you *suspect* that he/she belongs to us but we demand proof”.In fact I'd be willing to bet that that's *exactly* what they'll say.

I predict that a very substantial percentage of these kids will never leave and will eventually be given citizenship.I do hope I'm wrong however.
