It's totally different. I wish I could find a piece of writing which would articulate the distinction well. But no it's not the same. I'll re-quote below the statement re: violence in film vs. nudity in film. (Albeit that person may be against it always, even in paintings who knows!)

Still-art (sculpting, painting, sketching) is DIFFERENT. I knew someone who regularly acted as such a model for college art classes. And that's with multiple students + professor in the room.

However, photography is a different ballgame. Depending on the nature of the pose, the other people in the photo, how the material is marketed, etc.... But even here, as I said prior -- I'm not against all nudity always even in film...Some of my favorite movies include it -- but the Anora kind...it's in the realm of the pornographic and people deep down know that. It has something to do with the interplay of lust and objectification...

Nudity is not like murder and violence on the screen. That is make-believe. Nobody really gets killed. But nudity is not make believe. These actresses are really naked in front of the camera, doing exactly what the director says to do with their legs and their hands and their breasts, and they are standing there and they are naked there in front of millions of people for the world to see. - J. Piper

If you’re opposed to the very notion of nudity on screen then nothing about a given film will convince you anyway. It’s a perfectly legitimate position to hold.
