Sounds like somebody bought a little too much house!
If they are at risk of losing their homes after being laid off a week ago, then they were eventually going to lose their homes anyway.
learn to code...
I have considered it. It will be greatly deflationary, especially to the local markets in Virginia and Maryland when their homes all hit the market at once.
The bigger question, what about the hundreds of thousands plus debilitated and injured by the mRNA jabs and the untold amount killed by them?
“””learn to code...”””
Learn to pick lettuce. Plenty of work available in that field.
Learn to pick crops....
Lots of job opportunities coming up in agriculture.

Where are they, other than in your mind?
The world needs ditch diggers too
Has anybody considered the economic impact of keeping 300,000 people on the payroll until they retire and then paying their bloated pensions, along with healthcare and other benefits, for probably 30-40 years in retirement? A quick calculation in Excel makes it roughly $1.2 trillion, and that’s just for the current crop of federal employees. Sorry, E. Pluribus, but maybe you want to shell out that kind of jack but I’d just as soon those folks find jobs in the private sector and start contributing to the economy.
One of my relatives is good friends with a manager who is being tasked with laying off some of these people. Of course, the person blames Trump/Musk and was complaining to my relative about it.
I asked my relative if their friend ever complained about having to force people to chose between taking an experimental gene therapy or losing their job.
They did not.
