There were three great attempts at this sort of reset which were defeated by the Dominant Media/Deep State complex or The Mediacracy.

1. The Media coup against President Nixon known as Watergate. Nixon won an astounding victory, but was thrown out of office by the Media/Deep State Coup known as Watergate.

2. The Reagan Revolution, thwarted by Deep State operative Bush and the old Media. (Contra/Iran Media created scandals not as effective as Watergate.

3. The Republican Revolution in 1994 engineered by Newt Gingrich. Media/Deep State were able to mitigate most of it with Media spin on the Oklahoma City bombing, Deep State Media control of the Waco massacre, and a savvy President Clinton bending enough to common sense. He was able to get a second term, protected and abetted by the Media/Deep State complex, but the Deep State/Media Mediacracy power was severely wounded and fractured by many people becoming more and more aware of how much they were manipulated by the old Mediacracy.
