When ordering merchandise online I always try to verify who the carrier will be......if it’s USPS I always try to find the item elsewhere that uses practically ANYBODY but usps.
We once mailed a payment to a credit union literally across town and it never reached the destination.
Absolutely unacceptable.
I will tell you that our problems got even worse after I became a Trump donor 8 years ago.
